It is winter time in New Zealand and although I live in the sunniest part of the country (wine country) this “brolly” as the Kiwi’s call it is very useful. I like the fake wood (actually plastic).

Glaxo’s drug Serevent is useful and I do prescribe it. It is basically a Ventolin molecule with a long lipophilic tale attached so it wedges in the cell membrane for a long time – thus allowing asthma to stay quiet for a long time.
