I’m not sure what it is with Pharma companies and mugs. Do they really think doctors have time to even drink coffee? Well maybe they do – at breakfast. These are rather smartly made ones – from ceramic and stainless steel, and have a lid that keeps the heat in.

Kaletra is a new protease inhibitor that I recommend to my HIV patients. It is quite evolutionary as it does not cause the fat wasting that some of the other similar drugs did. Cost: About NZ $800 a month.
